Here’s a pleasant way to spend some of a spring evening, a stroll along the Schmidt Woods Trail with Louis. It’s a flat, easy path. It will take an hour if we stroll, and a bit longer if we dawdle.


Bug spray is a good idea and proper footwear. Look at the tree trunks. Some look like elephant legs, some shaggy, and others like burnt cornflakes.
