What is Expressive Arts Therapy?

Expressive Arts therapy is an integrated, multi-modal approach that uses various methods including (but not limited to) writing, music, visual art, drama, photography, movement, storytelling, role playing, dance, music, meditation and mindfulness to help individuals attain personal growth and healing.

The goal of HarmoniWorks is to build a sacred, supportive community where individuals can share their experiences without judgment. HarmoniWorks intends to support the group by incorporating expressive arts into the workshop to help restore integrity, well-being and resilience of each participant.
