Supports and planning for caregivers of family members 16 years and older. Information and conversations presented on various topics.


A monthly meeting where families can connect with other families, learn from one another, and explore issues that are important (such as housing, relationship building, and community and government supports).

Planning for Summer and Winter Activities

Planning and knowing what’s available will help your family expand their network and get some fresh air! Let’s talk about camp options, Alberta activities, and share knowledge of registration, bookings, support, etc.


CADS Alberta provides opportunities for those with all abilities to learn to alpine ski or snowboard; AdaptAbilities offers camps to youth and adults; a family member will share their experience in booking a holiday at William Watson Lodge; and Rehoboth has week-long camps to choose from. We will have presenters joining us to answer your questions.

CASA is presenting this month! Come hear Tanya Kendall share information about the role CASA plays in supporting children and families, basic programs they offer, and answers to frequently asked questions.
