About this event

We warmly welcome you to join Krasman Centre's Virtual Family Support Group. A safe and non-judgmental space for family members, caregivers, and friends supporting loved ones with mental health and/or addiction challenges. Here is the place were you will feel heard and understood by other individuals trying to navigate this chapter in their life.

Our weekly group meeting takes place every Tuesday evening from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. online via Zoom.

As part of the Family Support Group, you can:

  1. Find information and referrals
  2. Share your struggles
  3. Connect with other peers with similar experiences
  4. Learn from other’s experiences and successes
  5. Understand an individual(s) role in the mental health system

We believe people can and do recover and that families play a major supportive role in the process.

This free interactive session provides an opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals for 2 hours a week. It’s a great opportunity to share your experiences, gain insights, and learn something new. We look forward to seeing you there!
