About this event

  • 1 hour 15 minutes

Yoga can sometimes feel intimidating or even competitive. Especially when we live in a big body, there can be pressure to “get it right” or squeeze our body into shapes that don’t work for us. F**k that! All bodies are good bodies and we use the practice to celebrate this fact!

This Hatha yoga class celebrates and offers modifications for big bodies. It's a fantastic way to explore the practice in a way that works for you. Take what works and leave the rest.

Whether you identify as fat, full bodied, plus-sized or big bodied, please know that you deserve to find joy and freedom in movement and to feel good in your amazing body. Coming to a class that is designed specifically with you in mind is a great place to start!

Class recordings are provided for one week in case you miss it live or simply want to practice again.

Join a group of wonderful people in an inviting, fat positive environment. You'll be so glad you did!!

This is a fat positive class and all bodies and genders are welcome.

WHEN: 8 Mondays, May 27 to July 22*

TIME: 6:00pm to 7:15pm PST

WHERE: Online via Zoom

Cost: $165 + GST

*no class on July 1
