Clarissa will be having a hemispherictomy where the neurosurgeon will be removing the damaged portions of her brain to stop the daily damaging seizures she currently lives with. She will require a lengthy hospital visit and require months of intense live-in physiotherapy and rehabilitation to try and work past the paralysis that will come from this life-changing surgery. Funds are being raised to help support this little family with a temporary relocation near Sick Kids as they live too close to qualify for housing assistance.
