🏢 Location: Springboard Services office (3195 Sheppard Avenue East Unit 105). To access the venue, please go towards the back parking lot where you will find the entrance. Ring the doorbell, and our staff will be available to welcome you and provide access to the building.

Are you actively searching for employment? Our Employment Services Program is designed with you in mind. We offer a range of comprehensive programs and services tailored to your individual needs:

One-on-One Counselling: Get personalized guidance and advice from our experienced career counsellors.

Job Coaching: Receive hands-on coaching to enhance your job search strategies, interview skills, and resume writing.

Skill-Building Workshops: Participate in workshops that will equip you with the essential skills needed to excel in today's competitive job market.

To be eligible for our Employment Services Program, you must meet the following criteria:

✅ Qualified for employment in Canada with a valid SIN number*

✅ Residency Status in Canada – Canadian Citizen, Permanent resident, Conventional Refugee, or Refugee Claimant

✅ Residing in Ontario

** The funding for Employment Services is provided by the Ministry of Labour, Immigration, Training and Skills Development. As a result, the program is free BUT in order to register with an Employment Ontario Service Provider, clients who meet the eligibility criteria are required to provide their Social Insurance Number (SIN) as proof of their legal authorization to work in Canada.
