About this Event

The TRU Wellness Centre, in collaboration with faculty member Dr. Charles Hays, is offering FREE virtual weekly mindfulness sessions for students and employees on the Microsoft Teams platform. Sessions will run every Tuesday from 11:30am - 12:00pm from September 22 to December 1, 2020.

Charles will offer guidance and support about how to begin and/or maintain a mindfulness practice. This is a great way to practice self-care and meet other campus community members. Beginners are more than welcome!
