Join Heart Comonos every Wednesday evening from 7:30 - 8:30 p.m. for our FREE mindfulness yoga classes, suitable for those aged 14+.

Discover a path to inner peace and holistic well-being with in these yoga classes. Step into a sanctuary of serenity and embark on a journey of self-discovery. In this transformative class, you can expect to:

  • Find inner peace
  • Enhance your yoga practice
  • Reduce stress
  • Embrace the present moment

All yoga classes in this series are beginner-friendly. Come as you are!

Attention: We ask everyone attending to honour the starting time, as arriving late disrupts the meditation and flow of energy for everyone in the class. Please plan to arrive 15 min utes early to set up your space. Doors will be closed 5 minuntes before class begins.

Mats and props will be provided but feel free to bring you own if you would like.
