Salsa is a Latin dance, associated with salsa music, which was first popularized in the United States during the 1960s in New York City. Salsa is a mixture of Cuban dances, such as mambo, pachanga, and rumba, as well as American dances such as swing and tap.
This class is perfect for anyone interested in learning the basics of Salsa dancing, for those who are looking to get out of the house, move their body/ break a sweat and maybe even make some new friends.
Please arrive 15 minutes early so we may begin on time.
