Are you looking to learn more about fruit and nut trees and how you can care for them? Join us for this free workshop to learn the basics about caring for fruit and nut trees and tips on how to harvest their bounty! The species we will be focusing on include: serviceberry, pawpaw, american hazelnut, apple, american plum, golden spice pear, and nannyberry.
This workshop will be led by Jessica Robertson, the owner of Wild Craft Permaculture:

If you would also like to help us plant fruit and nut trees at the same location, arrive at 10am and you can take part in our King's University College Community Orchard planting event! The planting will take place on Oct. 14th from 10am-12pm. Please wear close-toed shoes and we'll provide gloves and shovels!
Advanced registration for this free workshop is required because space is limited. Please note, the workshop will be held outdoors, so please also dress for the weather! In the case of inclement weather, we will move to an indoor location on King's campus.
This event is possible thanks to generous funding from treeME, City of London and Tree Canada.
