At this session, our Entry Advisors will answer your questions about our programs and how to apply for the Better Jobs Ontario (formerly Second Career) program.
Eager to start? You can start your Better Jobs Ontario application process now by following the steps below:
- Check if Better Jobs Ontario is right for you. Learn more about Better Jobs Ontario by calling Employment Ontario at 1-800-387-5656 or visiting Better Jobs Ontario.
- Meet an Employment Counsellor at an Employment Ontario Assessment Centre. With your Employment Counsellor, you can discuss your eligibility for Second Career and the suitable education/training options for you.
- Choose the college and programs that you are interested in. Check George Brown College’s Full-Time programs availability and status. Please do keep in mind that approval for Second Career funding is made by the Ministry of Advanced Education and Skills Development.
- Collect the necessary documents to accompany the Better Jobs Ontario application (Research Document, Offer of Admission, and Better Jobs Ontario Cost Letter). If you decide to attend one of the programs at George Brown College, you can get the necessary Program Research Document. You will also receive a letter of acceptance after you complete an online application at www.ontariocolleges.ca.
