We are specially targeting families with children, and so that ALL adults and youth can participate fully in consultation, the organizers are providing onsite childcare, children's classes and junior youth activites which are arts-centred, as well as mid-day meals and a supper on Saturday night followed by cultural performances such as dance, drumming, music and sing-along; weather permitting, this evening event will be outdoors from the patio behind the Chapel Gallery overlooking the river-valley.
There will be 5 broad themes, each with a few starter questions, to guide the consultation among particpants on neighbourhood-building; the first three themes will be converd on Saturday, and the final two themes will be explored on Sunday.
