The First Global Assessment on the Current State of Organizational Excellence was launched in 2015 by the Organizational Excellence Technical Committee QMD ASQ and has been conducted voluntarily by Organizational Excellence Specialists. The study has attracted a good cross-section of respondents and revealed the extent to which organizations have:

• A culture committed to excellence

• Deployed best management practices that are:

o Common to high performing organizations

o Found in leading excellence models (e.g. Baldrige, EFQM)

This webinar will share the most recent aggregate results (role, size, industry sector, region) so attendees can consider what is going well and what needs to improve.

Attendees are encouraged to participate in the study in advance so they can see how their organization measures up and compares to others.
