What is a Gong Bath Therapy?

Healing through sound is one of the oldest forms of healing used by humans. It was used in the ancient civilizations of China, Egypt, Greece and India. Sound Baths have evolved from this knowledge and practice into a wide variety of techniques and therapies, one of which incorporates the Gong as an instrument of tone and vibration production.

How does a Gong Bath Therapy works?

Everything around us is vibrating at a certain frequency, whether we hear it or not. Sound frequencies can affect us on a cellular level, influencing how we feel and function. Sound healing practices such as a Gong bath use vibration and frequency to help reduce stress, alter consciousness, and create a deep sense of peace and well-being for better health.

In a Gong Bath Therapy session, you can:
Reduce stress. Calm anxiety. Relieve insomnia. Treat physical problems. Develop the vision. Enhance intuition. Clear your mind to make decisions. Connect with your being. Awaken your gifts. Meeting people who have abandoned physical plane. Open and align the chakras. Release trauma or blockages of the past. Balance your emotions. Constellate! Most people who participate in gong baths are lying down on meditation mats.

MUST bring your own mat, pillow, blanket and comfortable clothes.
