Wellness Workshop: Mindfulness: Mind-Full not Mind-Less

With endless streams of information vying for our attention, it can be challenging to stay fully engaged and not get distracted. Mindfulness as a resource will help you focus on what is important, manage your emotions and stress, and strengthen your ability to thrive in the present moment.

Should the date not work for you, a video recording of the sessions will be made available for a period after the live event, but you must register for the event in order to access the recordings.
