In partnership with GoodLife Fitness, we are pleased to offer an action-packed day featuring free informative and educational workshops from subject-matter experts, as well as exceptional physical activity sessions.

Wellness Workshop: Mindfulness: Mind-Full not Mind-Less

10:00 - 11:15 a.m.

With endless streams of information vying for our attention, it can be challenging to stay fully engaged and not get distracted. Mindfulness as a resource will help you focus on what is important, manage your emotions and stress, and strengthen your ability to thrive in the present moment.

BONUS: Prize draws will take place after each class and workshop – but you must participate for a chance to win!

Should the date not work for you, a video recording of the sessions will be made available for a period after the live event, but you must register for the event in order to access the recordings.

Note: If you would like to attend the other classes/workshops offered as part of the virtual wellness day, you must sign up for each individually.
