Get better at doing things in groups -- in your creative collaborations, facilitation practice, and more. In two experiential workshops, learn four simple, practical frameworks to boost your effectiveness in all types of group situations. Each of the frameworks brings a unique perspective. Together they are a comprehensive kit, allowing you to create better outcomes and have more fun.

The Dance Centre

Process Oriented Psychology (Arnold Mindell) -- helps with seeing the moment by moment dynamics in a group, and knowing how to navigate charged or challenging situations.

Conscious Co-Creation (Findhorn Foundation) -- invites us to work in alignment with the energetic essence of a group, project or initiative -- an X-factor that takes group work to another level.

Kate Sutherland is a social entrepreneur, and consultant in community and organizational change. Her passion is helping people and groups come into greater alignment with their core purpose, and for creating dynamic, high trust environments that support groups to be generative, effective, and fun.

Kate’s particular interest is in convening “conversations that need to happen” – bridging mindsets, stakeholders, silos, and sectors to support innovation and greater positive impact.

Kate works with issues as diverse as environment, food policy, substance use, early childhood development, poverty, and storytelling as a way of reporting outcomes.

Kate is also an author, and in the workshops she will be sharing tools from her latest book: Make Light Work in Groups: 10 Tools to Transform Meetings, Companies and Communities. For more, see Kate’s website.
