This sacred space is dedicated to you—a space where women can come together, breathe, and empower each other on our unique journeys toward wellness.

This in-person event will help you find inner peace using some of the most powerful modalities to create an experience that will bring you to a deeper connection with yourself, help to heal inner trauma, release emotions, expand awareness, increase intuition, enhance visualization to create the life of your dreams and leave feeling uplifted and at peace.

Combining intention setting, movement, breathwork, guided meditation, visualization, live and recorded music and group connection to create an experience like no other. You have to try it to understand how powerful it really is. No experience required. Just come with an open mind.

Welcome! I'm Effie, a certified breathwork facilitator and somatic therapy coach, dedicated to helping women heal individually, in groups, and online.

My journey has been filled with challenges, but it's also been a story of resilience and growth. As a single mom of three amazing teens and the former owner of Efinka catering, I've shifted from feeding large crowds to nourishing people's inner selves.

By confronting my past traumas and exploring my emotions, I've uncovered deep-rooted patterns and wounds. This journey of self-discovery has made me more authentic, resilient, and connected to my true self.

Through practices like breathwork, intuitive movement, and meditation, I've found peace and healing. These methods have helped me reconnect with my inner child, cultivate self-love, and embrace forgiveness.
