Meditative nature journeys are led by Lucy Szczesniak who completed her Honours Bachelor of Science specializing in Ecology and Biology, Master of Information and Master of Forest Conservation at the University of Toronto. Her thesis was inspired by the practice of Shinrin Yoku which originates in Japan.

Shinrin Yoku, also known as "Guided Forest Bathing" in English involves spending time immersed in nature and receiving guided prompts which facilitate relaxation to support psychological, emotional and physiological wellbeing.

Lucy has studied Buddhist meditative practices and shares her love for nature by now offering guided nature meditation journeys. Lucy has spent over 60 days in silent retreat, in solitude in the wilderness where she connected deeply with the profound healing benefits of the forest. She now helps others cultivate relationship with self and the natural environment through guided nature meditation practices.
