** As a note: It would be most helpful for all of the registrants to pay for their tickets online ahead of time, but if this is not possible, we are able to accommodate cash payments on the day of. **

What should I wear?

Please wear something that is comfortable and that you don't mind getting a little dirty, but the really important thing that we need everyone to know is that you need to WEAR CLOSED-TOE SHOES! (Please don't wear sandals, flip-flops or crocs ... sorry!!)

What will we be doing for lunch?

Lunch will be spent at the work site that your group will be helping out at, so you can bring a bagged lunch with you, or you can bring some money and buy something at a restaurant nearby.

How will we be getting to our work site?

Each youth group is responsible to get their group to the work site that they'll be assigned to, so please be sure that you have enough drivers for the size of your group. If this will be challenging, please let us know so we can assign you to a site close to Philpott.

Where are we meeting in the morning?

Please plan to be at Philpott at 8am on Saturday, May 4. The parking lot can be accessed from Park or Vine Street, and then you can enter the door that you'll see from the parking lot. Breakfast will be provided, so please don't feel that you need to eat before you arrive.
