About this event

Hamilton Women's ADHD Support Group

Join us for the first official Hamilton Women's ADHD Support Group, a safe and inclusive space for women with ADHD to connect, share experiences, and support each other. Whether you've justbeen diagnosed, have been living with ADHD for years, or suspect you may have ADHD, this group is here for you.

When: Third Wednesday of each month (except July & August)

Time: 6:00-8:00pm

Location: Central Memorial Recreation Centre: 93 West Avenue S, Hamilton, ON L8N 1S1 (UNLESS OTHERWISE ANOUNCED)

Fee: Suggested donation is $5 - $10, though we are grateful for any small token of appreciation to help offset the cost of the room, as this is a privately funded event.

At our meetings, we will discuss various topics related to ADHD, such as coping strategies, time management, and self-care. We will also be hosting a very special guest each month, Nichole Anderson RPq, BA, SSW, MACP to share her expertise and provide us with valuable insights.

Our supportive community understands the challenges faced by women with ADHD and aims to provide a non-judgmental environment where you can freely express yourself. Whether you want to share your experiences, seek advice, or simply listen, you'll find a welcoming group of like-minded women.
