Your registration is refundable up to May 27, 2023. However, EventBrite's fee ($30-43 per registration depending on type selected) is always non-refundable. If you need to refund your registration, email impactt@ucalgary.ca or submit a request through EventBrite.

Head to www.impactt-microbiome.ca/having-impactt-2024-symposium and scroll down until you find the "Abstract Submission" section. Follow the instructions to download, fill, and submit the abstract submission form. You'll be able to indicate what presentation type(s) you'd like to be considered for.

We have a limited number of rooms at the Malcolm Hotel set aside for speakers and attendees. Rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis and range from $246.75 - $326.75 per night (+ taxes and fees). Head to our website for details on how to book with our group discount.

Yes! Our symposium venue at the Malcolm Hotel is wheelchair accessible for attendees. If you're a speaker at the symposium and need to be able to ascend the podium for your talk, please get in touch with us (impactt@ucalgary.ca).

If you're staying on-site at the Malcolm Hotel, there is complimentary parking in their underground parkade. Otherwise, there is often street parking along Spring Creek Dr. If you're staying at another hotel you may be walking distance to the Malcolm Hotel.
