Head to Head Girls Hockey Clinic with Olympian Jayna Hefford [Ages 14-17]

WHAT:

Join 4x Olympic Gold Medalist Jayna Hefford for an unforgettable session on and off the ice, presented by Head to Head.

On the ice, Jayna will take the players through a session of power skating, shooting, and passing. Off the ice, players will get to learn about Jayna’s experience growing up playing hockey, her Gold Medal winning Olympic successes, and the highs and lows of her journey to get there. She will share the tips, tricks and habits she learned along the way that led her to success both on and off the ice. Each clinic will include:

-1 Hour: Learn on-ice skills from Jayna

-1 Hour: Off-ice discussion about the mental approach to hockey

-Q & A, autographs, and photos with Jayna's Olympic medals

WHEN:

Sunday October 1, 2017. The day will be divided into two sessions based on age group.

AGES 11-13: 11:15 am - 1:15 pm (Please see separate event page)

AGES 14+: 1:15-3:15

What skill level is this for?

All girls hockey players are welcome to participate with Jayna. She will be teaching skills and sharing experiences that can help any young athletes to succeed in hockey and life.

What can I bring into the event?

We recommend that you bring water and a snack!
