How long is the hike?

It is a 3 hour / 3 mile walk over a natural trail with little to no incline with the usual forest hazards... branches, rocks, vines.

What type of food is served?

A seasonal locally sourced meal is prepared by our culinary team on a campfire. Last fall we offered a deliscious squash crepe. If you have any allergies or prefer a vegan/vegitarian meal please call ahead(at the time of reservation) and let us know so that we can accomodate your needs.

Come discover our 40 acre Carolinian forest with its beautiful display of wildflowers for you, our customers to enjoy! You'll be led on a guided 3 mile hike, treated to wine tasting and an outdoor camp style gourmet lunch, prepared by our Culinary team fire side as you relax with a wine pairing and listen to the sounds of our natural habitat. On this nature walk you will learn about the beautiful flora and fauna that inhabit our natural wonderland, grape growing, the natural history of our region and a bit of farming.
