Class is open for women, men and any folks inbetween/outside that want to wine their waistline.

This class will be FREE for the first few people who sign up to come INPERSON.
And only $10 for those joining online - ONLINE PARTICIPANGTS WILL BE SENT THE VIDEO AFTER THE CLASS. $15 for in person entry :)
This class is for anyone looking to get their bodies moving with the sweet sounds of Afro-Caribbean music and a side of R&B.
This class will be led by former 6 year dance performer, Shakkoi aka Need Some Koi.
She has been teaching dance cardio fitness classes for 5 years and her authentic and encouraging styles of teaching makes participants feel the need to "Release their Doubts & Step Out!"
Join this class whether you are attending carnival or not, to make sure to keep those Hips in Motion <3
