How to create watercolour art with STAEDTLER at Staples St. Albert Square

This class will teach you a new way to create a watercolour background using an easy colour transfer technique with STAEDTLER watercolour brush pens. Watercolour pencils are then used to bring the cacti to life.

In this session, you will learn:

• How to create a watercolour background using a transfer technique
• How to blend colours using watercolour pencils
• Adding highlights to a drawing

Supplies that will be provided for session

• 3001 watercolour brush pens
• Watercolour pencils
• 308 pigment liner sketch pen, black
• Watercolour paper
• Paintbrush or water brush

• HB pencil to sketch design
• Transparent sheet to do the background
• Paper towel
• Eraser
• Spray bottle
