Welcome to the Hubbards Sailing Club Annual BBQ and Auction at the Hubbards Barn! Join us for a fun-filled evening of exciting auction items, raffles, and door prizes. Supper will be delicious BBQ Steak with salads and dessert. Two drink tickets are provided with ticket purchase but the bar will be open all evening! Tickets for this event sell out fast. How does the Annual Auction and BBQ support Hubbards Sailing Club ?

Hubbards Sailing Club is a Not for Profit organization. This event is our largest fundraising event of the year. This allows us to run our Learn to Sail programs at a modest cost for families.

Are children allowed at the Annual BBQ and Auction.

This event is a 19 + event.

How do I pay for my Auction Items?

Debit machines are onsite. Purchases can be made by Debit and Major credit cards. Cash and Cheque are also accepted.

Where can I drop off Auction Donations?

Donations can be dropped off at the Hubbards Sailing Club starting June 3 rd. Contact us at sailing@hubbardssailingclub.ca for earlier drop off.

What if I don't eat red meat ?

Chicken and veggie alternatives are available.
