Supporting local in the middle of the winter can be a challenge, but not this year! Ice City and the Confederation Court Mall have teamed up to bring two Saturdays of a local market and artisan activities.
Ice City is pleased to present this signature event to bring artisans, food vendors, and crafters from across Prince Edward Island (safely) together to celebrate the magic of winter while being protected from the elements at the Confederation Court Mall.

By submitting this application the applicant agrees to the following 3 statements:
1. The Confederation Court Mall / Whitecap Entertainment holds the right to refuse applications and/or request for market stalls for any reason. Registration will be refunded to the applicant if refused.
2. The Confederation Court Mall / Whitecap Entertainment is not responsible for lost or stolen goods.
3. It is the applicant’s responsibility to ensure proper COVID-19 safety measures are posted and followed by customers while browsing their market stall. Vendor Spaces: All spaces are 10ft x 10ft (unless otherwise agreed upon) and vendors are welcome to bring additional tables, shelving, product displays, etc. for their space. Booth decor is vendor responsibility.
Vendors are considered approved unless informed otherwise. Details on your space, load-in and out times will be emailed to you the week before the event.
