About this event

Codes impact the design and operation of recreation facilities like arenas, community halls, curling rinks, and others. Learning about these codes and how they impact your operation can be a matter of life or death. For example, occupancy loads are based on several factors of your facility. Are you allowing too many people attend that special event? Find out about occupancy loads plus other lifesaving topics like emergency lighting and exits, doors and hardware, and fire extinguishers and suppression systems.

Join SPRA, the Saskatchewan Association of Fire Chiefs, and the Saskatchewan Building Officials Association for an in-depth look into Fire and Building Codes. Learn more about how these Codes impact our recreation programs and facilities, and help keep our users, customers, and staff safe.
