Whether you're a seasoned yogi or just starting out, this class is perfect for all levels. Come sweat, flow, and connect with your community in a fun and welcoming environment. This event is BYOM (Bring Your Own Mat)! We also recommend to bring water AND your besties!

What is flow yoga? Can anyone do it?

Flow yoga is a strengthening and energizing style of yoga that is perfect for all levels of skill! There are always modifications if postures seem out of your comfort zone and our knowledgable instructors are always happy to help!

Who can participate in the private shop afterwards? Can I use the deals again later?

Guests who are registered for AND attend the class will have access to a one hour private shop on June 22nd from 9-10am! After10am, guests will no longer be able to utilize the deals offered during the private shop experience.
