About this event

  • 56 days 1 hour

Join us for an enriching experience with our Indigenous group, dedicated to supporting First Nation and Métis Peoples on their caregiving journey.

The purpose of this Indigenous-led group is to walk with First Nation and Métis Peoples on their caregiving journey. Come with an open mind to share experiences in learning, cultural diversity, healing, wellness, and mental barriers. The Sharing Circle has been a sacred tradition since time immemorial, a place to hold space for others — a space where everyone is seen and heard and comes to share knowledge through community, respect, and values as part of Indigenous oral traditions. In our circle, we walk alongside each other; no one is in front or behind, we are all equal.

This program occurs bi-weekly on Wednesdays, 6:30 to 7:30 p.m.
