Keynote Speaker: Laura Lee Petersen, Vice-President, Human Resources, Southeast College.

With over 20 years’ experience in both the private and public sectors Laura Lee Petersen has worked with entrepreneurs to multi-national corporations on labour relations, performance management, accountability mechanisms and personality typing.

A knowledgeable and engaging practitioner, coach and facilitator, Laura Lee specializes in engineering workplace environments that support healthy and productive employees, mentally and physically.

Laura Lee is currently responsible for the recruitment and on-going engagement of a superior workforce that achieves results. As a consecutive placer among Saskatchewan’s Top Employers, strategies and practices that support the physical and mental well-being of both students and staff are championed throughout Southeast College.

This session will also include information on Energy Safety Canada’s resources and services, with a highlight on Youth Initiatives.
