Event description

Description

Thinking of using Agincourt Library’s Green Screen Studio Space but don’t know where to start. Come down and learn more about the space and how to use the equipment properly.

In this class, participants will learn about the kinds of equipment that is available. The session will focus on how to properly set up the equipment for both audio and video recording. The goal of the class is to make everyone feel more comfortable using the equipment and to utilize your time in the space by learning how to use the equipment effectively.

Play with the camera, lights and microphones to capture the best footage you can and get familiar with the equipment and some tricks to make recording easy.

Customers will also learn how to correctly use the audio interface and studio control centre to record vocals, instruments and other music equipment at studio quality. In addition to the hardware, a quick demo on the accompanied software to record/capture your audio will be given.

Class is not required but considered a great option for anyone who wants to use the space but not sure where to start.

After the session, you should have a better understanding of the following:
Audio Recording (Voice and Instrument)
Video Recording
Lighting
Audio and Video Equipment (Camera and Microphones)

Class will be held in the Green Screen Studio Space located on the 2nd floor of Agincourt Public Library.

Registration is required for this class. Please note that due to high demand only registered participants will be accepted to this class.
