This free 3-day intensive course, “Introduction to Applied Health Economic Modelling,” covers introductory applications of cost-effectiveness analysis for resource allocation decisions, sensitivity analysis, economic modelling for cost-effective analysis (Markov Models), and decision uncertainty (re: the cost of doing nothing).
This course is intended for students enrolled in graduate studies programs in Alberta. Students will have an opportunity to meet, network, and work closely with senior health economists, while developing and demonstrating skills and technical knowledge/expertise.
