Nadia’s passion and expertise in the area of Mindfulness and Social Emotional Intelligence has resulted in massive shifts for her clients in all areas of life, including work, health and relationships. Her coaching services are holistic in nature and she draws from her education, experience and passion in the areas of neuroscience, quantum physics, spirituality, and mental health, with a specific emphasis on empowerment.
Nadia incorporates the subconscious mind in her coaching services in order to achieve more immediate shifts for her clients since all memories, emotions, habits, learning and change reside at the subconscious level.
Nadia’s expertise also includes corporate workshop facilitation in the areas of collaboration, conflict resolution and emotional regulation, etc. She is experienced in one-on-one counselling and coaching, group coaching and family counselling (conscious parenting etc).
