About this Event

Mindfulness is the practice of paying attention to the present moment, something many of us struggle with in the high paced speed of modern life. Studies have shown that when we incorporate mindfulness practices into our daily routines, it can help to improve our mental health and the overall quality of our life. This workshop provide an overview of mindfulness and provides participants with introductory mindfulness exercises that will help them to develop a deepened sense of well being. *No prior experience with mindfulness is necessary to participate
