About this event
Looking for art classes for adults near Vancouver? Or if you want something to do near picturesque White Rock Beach then this is the class for you! This art studio location is nestled in the Five Corners area of White Rock just North of Marine Drive. Have dinner on the beach or Happy Hour at the many restaurants nearby, and join this Sip & Paint after. No experience is required. This class is for beginner and intermediate painters to discover different watercolour techniques.
We will begin by learning watercolour basics. We will paint small paintings in an impressionistic styles and will complete a greeting card - just in time for Mother's Day!
This class is suitable for adults and kids ages 12 and up. Note: minors must be accompanied by an adult.
WHEN: Thursday May 9, 2024: 7:00 pm - 9:00pm
COST: $60 + tax or buy two tickets for $50 each using the code FRIENDS

** You are free to bring your own brushes and Watercolour Paints. Many are available to purchase at stores such as Michael's Crafts, Walmart, Dollarama or Opus Art Supplies based on your budget.

*Due to the nature of this event, there are no refunds though you are welcome to transfer your ticket to another person should you be unable to attend.

There are NO REFUNDS to this event. However if you cannot attend, we will allow transferring your ticket to another person. In special circumstances we will offer a discount towards a future event.
That's okay! Please come with an open mind and your creativity. This is NOT a paint-by-numbers or paint night, but rather, giving you basic skills to take away.
Paints and supplies are provided to use. You can bring your own Watercolour Brush and Paints if you wish. OR FOR AN ADDITIONAL COST, you can add-on artist's quality watercolour brush and a palette to take home.
There is street parking for free and many wheelchair spots near by. The chairs in the studio space are plastic chairs.
