Flatbread with Crumbled Sausage and Greens, fresh peppers from the garden for a bright salsa drizzle
Panzanella with Heirloom Tomatoes, Corn, Fresh Herbs and Burrata: torn and toasted sourdough croutons for the delicious juices
Chicketta- Spiced and Herb Rubbed Chicken, the marinade creates “spatchcocked” chicken on the grill with a crispy, golden skin
New Potato Spiedini: on skewers, finished on the grill with a red wine dressing
Panna Cotta with Honey-Lemon Glaze and Summer Berries, a dessert that’s cool!

Want to save the Eventbrite fee? You can register in person and over the phone directly with the store (604) 939-6200. Payment is required when you register - visa, MasterCard, gift certificates are accepted over the phone, cash and debit in person.
We have a 72 hours cancelation policy. If you need to cancel but have not given 72 hours notice, no refund, transfer to another class or credit will be issued, but you can send somebody in your place.
In the event that not enough participants are registered, we would have to cancel the class. We will notify registered participants at least 48 hrs prior and issue a full refund.
Chefs will try to accommodate food allergies or dietary restrictions if given 72 hours notice. Please inquire prior to booking if there are any food concern.
