Cook's Bio:

Sen Sakamoto is a Nisei Japanese Canadian museum designer, curator, and Japanese cooking enthusiast raised in Alberta and has been living in Vancouver for the past 20 years.

Emphasizing local and seasonal ingredients in her cooking, she has an Instagram account (KintokiSweets) where she creates seasonal Japanese wagashi confectioneries, sharing cooking methods and the rich cultural history behind them.
