About the facilitators:

Lily Yan:

Lily Yan is a certified life coach, mindfulness educator, and breathwork facilitator dedicated to guiding individuals on their spiritual healing paths. She empowers others to rediscover their purpose, embrace their creativity, and cultivate self-love. With a profound belief in the transformative power within each individual, Lily is committed to helping others create positive change and lead more fulfilling lives. Additionally, Lily is a dancer, aesthetician and energy worker, adding unique dimensions to her holistic approach to well-being.


Kasey Wang:

As a young mother battling post-partum anxiety, yoga helped Kasey effectively restore her mental and physical wellbeing. Fast forward 7 years, grappling with corporate burn-out, rediscovering her love for yoga lead Kasey to quit her job to obtain her yoga instructor certification in beautiful Bali Indonesia. As a personal testament of its healing properties, Kasey is on a quest to help others restore, rejuvenate and heal through the ancient movement of yoga asanas and philosophy. A talented movement facilitator, Kasey also has 10+ years experience teaching dance to students of all ages. She is excited to connect with others in the community and uplift our collective wellbeing one experience at a time.
