Jube School Presents: Bhangra Dance
Join us for an exciting workshop featuring a fusion of fitness and traditional Indian Punjab folk dancing. Groove to upbeat music, learn interesting steps, and explore several dance variations!
About the artist:
Amandeep Sidhu was born in India and migrated to Calgary in 2000 with a dream of sharing multicultural folk dances in different communities. He started Young Bhangra Club in 2012 where they teach Bhangra, Gidha and musical instruments. Young Bhangra prepares dance teams for North American competitions and has participated in more than 30 competitions all over and has wonseveral trophies in different categories.
