This workshop will examine enterprise risk strategy, risk self-assessment, risk management, and risk governance in a guided conversation.
About this event
While cybersecurity was primarily viewed as an IT issue in the past, most have begun to understand the importance of cybersecurity as an enterprise risk management issue, and this responsibility rests with the board and senior leaders. Although they may not need to grasp the intricacies of cybersecurity fully, they need to understand the business impact that a cyber breach can have on the organization. In order to do this, they need to educate themselves and learn how to ask the right questions. In partnership with Technology Helps, in this workshop, we will challenge old ways of thinking and, as a community of leaders, identify ways in which we may fulfil our obligation to keep the organization safe. We cannot afford to leave any questions about critical vulnerabilities for tomorrow. We might prevent a breach by asking the right questions. With case studies and best practices, this workshop will examine enterprise risk strategy, risk self-assessment, risk management, and risk governance in a guided conversation.
