Keeping it Together (KIT) has two types of autism mom’s groups that are hosted by Autism Calgary. The second Wednesday is virtual, and the fourth Monday is live! If you are look for the Live Self-Care Group register here.
VIRTUAL SUPPORT GROUP: Join via Google Meets with other mom’s / caregivers and have a collaborative discussion about how to support one another and listen.
