This course is an essential starting point if you want to learn about Lean, if you are struggling to overcome a backlog of work or are feeling overwhelmed and want to do something about it.

The Lean White Belt certificate workshop is targeted to:

  • Leaders who wish to learn more about Lean to decide whether to implement in their organization

  • Practical ways to make Lean, continuous improvement and innovation a normal part of the work

  • How to build support for a Lean transformation and how to get started

Is it possible to pay by credit card after the course?

Yes. To request an invoice after the course is complete, select the option to "Pay by Invoice" at checkout. Lean Agility will issue an invoice within 3-5 days of the event, which can be paid by credit card, cheque or direct deposit (where applicable).
