Learn Mindfulness with Sachin
Join us in the Learn Mindfulness Workshop facilitated by Sachin!
Sachin's Mindfulness Workshop will focus on accessible stress management techniques rooted in yoga such as breath work, grounding exercises and mindfulness/meditation. Participants will learn simple, no-cost skills for reducing anxiety around job interviews, starting a new job or just managing everyday stress. All skills will be taught at a beginner level – no experience required!
