We will spend three hours together learning about the anatomy of the neck and shoulders, and practicing techniques to make those knots melt away. We'll also cover some really important safety, consent, and communication skills to make sure that the giver and the receiver of the massage are on the same page.
Both partners will get a tone of time to practice specific techniques and to get individual support and feedback so that you walk away with skills that are specific to your buddy's cranky neck, AND that are transferable to all the necks and shoulders that you might like to massage in your life.
Please note that you MUST bring your own partner to the workshop. The listed price is for ONE participant. Each partner must register separately and complete their own intake forms.

I am a Registered Massage Therapist, practicing at Robin's Nest Family Care in Guelph, ON. I am also a mother to one human (and one puppy), an anatomy nerd, and a lover of biking and back-country camping.
