Les Clefs d’Or Tourism SHOWCASE is an annual trade show designed to educate the city’s tourism industry professionals and specifically the frontline hotel staff, tourism associations and inbound destination operators on the activities, offerings and services available to travellers to Metro Vancouver, Victoria and Whistler/Squamish.
The registration deadline is Wednesday, May 15, 2024. Space is limited and not guaranteed until registration and payment are confirmed.
Cost: $375 plus fee & 5% GST for each exhibitor booth. This includes one 6 ft table with linen and one chair. Payment can be made by credit card only through Eventbrite Link.
IMPORTANT SHOWCASE INFORMATION
• SHARING TABLE SPACES: Table spaces cannot be shared. One organization may be represented at each table space. If you wish to represent two operations, you may purchase a second table, and we will arrange to have them situated next to one another. No exceptions.
• SPECIAL REQUESTS: If you have a partner organization you wish to be located near/next to; If you do not require a table at your booth space; If you wish to have a black linen backdrop for your setup or have any other special requests; For drapery, seating and table upgrades with pricing please contact us lcdtourismshowcase@gmail.com
• CANCELLATION/No Show: Event Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. There are no exceptions to this policy.
• TRADE SHOW TIP: We recommend having at least two people working at the table to handle the volume of visitors and be able to take breaks. We will have an area for networking with other vendors and attendees. Table must not be unattended during the Tradeshow hours.
DAY OF SHOWCASE INFORMATION
BOOTH SET-UP
Set-up date: Friday, May 31, 2024
Set-up place: Vancouver Convention Centre East, Ballroom A
Set-up time: 10:00 am to 11:00 am
• All exhibitors must be completely set up by 11:30 am – the Showcase trade show will begin promptly at 12:00 pm however, some attendees, meeting planners, may arrive early and we want to be ready for them.
• Every exhibitor will have a six-foot skirted table and one chair (unless otherwise arranged).
• The exhibit is open until the show concludes at 5:00 pm.
