Sausage Madness returns, bigger and better than ever!
Join us at the shop for our annual, over-the-top, sausage extravaganza. For Sausage Fest 2014, Ratinaud French Cuisine is again hosting the sausage feast, Les saucisses en follies. And this time we're doing it twice!
Like last year, the menu will feature our entire fresh sausage line including Toulouse, Herb, Chorizo, Fennel & Basil, Merguez and Boudin. All cooked to perfection and served with the classic sides. The evening’s menu will also include our dry cured Saucisson Sec, Chorizo and Spicy Salami. We’ll have condiments, our in-house baked bread and some amazing surprises!
As an added bonus, our buddies from Boxing Rock Brewery will be joining us to cover all the beer pairings you’d ever want.
