The London & Middlesex Local Immigration, the London Public Library and Al Ghazali Centre, invite you to a night of remembrance as we commemorate the third anniversary of the terror attack on Our London Family.
The session will provide an opportunity for us to learn about the family, the impact on different groups in our community and the first reaction at the time. Together, we will learn how we moved from the horror of the incident to reality and how we can move forward as a community that respects everyone. We will learn about commonalities among religions and the message of peace, love and co-existence in those religions. Attendees will have the chance to ask Sheikh Tawakkal on Islam and Muslims.
This event is free and open to every adult resident in the region. Light refreshments will be served. Note this conversation may be triggering to some. Mental health support will be on site should it be required.
