About this event
Join us (Adrianne Vangool and Lisa Greig) Dec 11th from 3-6pm. Yes, that’s right…. in the heart of the ‘busiest time of year’ reclaim this time and perform some radical self care with us, Like a Mother. We don’t need to wear that martyrdom badge of honour… Let’s reclaim what self-care means to us. Let’s reclaim what the holidays can look and feel like, and what being a mother (or woman/caregiver) can be. Let’s step into the holidays whole, Like a Mother.
3-5pm Adrianne and Lisa will guide us through radical self care
5-6pm Graze on spread provided by Style & Graze, purchase select beverages from Better Brother Brewery (each ticket includes one non-alcholic beverage), Connect with the guests, shop a mini market, and have your cards read by Jenn from Little Wonders
